Thank you for your interest in joining BSPAR.
Please complete the on line application form. An e mail
address must be provided as communication between BSPAR
and the membership is limited to e mail, postal
communication has now ceased. The data protection box must
be ticked in order for the application to proceed. Please print off the standing order mandate. This should be completed, signed and returned BY POST to the Treasurer of BSPAR at the address below. The current subscription rate is £50 per annum. At the present time we only accept payment by standing order. An initial payment of £50 is due at the time of joining the society and thereafter on 1st January each year. It is the responsibility of BSPAR members to ensure that payment is made on time. If the correct payment is not received by1st April each year, membership will lapse. Please note BSPAR has no authority to cancel or alter a standing order mandate. Applications for membership require the approval of the executive committee and are ratified at the quarterly executive committeee meetings. Your website user name and password will be sent to your e mail address when your application for membership has been approved. This will give you access to the members area of the website. You will also be able to update your personal details on the database as required. This is essential in order to continue to receive BSPAR news. Overseas Members Applications from health professionals living overseas are welcomed. Associate membership of BSPAR will be granted following approval by the executive committee. Associate members will not be eligible to vote in elections but will otherwise have the same privileges as ordinary members of the society. Please fill out the on line application form and in addition send your C.V. to the Treasurer. Following approval of the application by the executive, a single life time subscription of 100 GBP will be requested. Membership will be granted on receipt of this and the website user name and password will be issued.
